Join us for tours and tasting at three wineries -- Kastel, Katlav,  andTzora...  and we'll end the day with a sunset tasting of Aryeh's own GreenHouse Cellars 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon on his roof-top balcony overlooking the Sorek valley.... 
 
The vintage season has arrived.  Join us to hear, see and most importantly taste some of the best Jerusalem-region wines, in their respective vineyards.  Of the 30 or so Jerusalem-region wineries, we've included three of the most special (not to mention with some of the best wines) in the area.  We'll start at  Eli Ben-Zaken's Domaine Du Castel winery in moshav Ramat Raziel, explore his vineyard and see the various steps of his wine-making operation.  Next, we'll visit Yossi, a former accountant turned vintner, at his Katlav winery in moshav Nes Harim overlooking the coastal plain.  Our next stop will be for wine & cheese & more at Tzora Vineyards, a mid-sized operation based in Kibbutz Tzora, a community founded by immigrants from the UK and other English-speaking countries in 1948.  Last but not least, we'll round out the day by dropping by Aryeh Green's house, for a walk around his small backyard vineyard and a taste of Aryeh's own homemade wine....  Sunset will also be provided :-).
