There is concern that the daily violence and bloodshed are testing the future of the 1993 Oslo Agreements. There may an end to what was regarded by many as a courageous initiative by assassinated Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin and what became the Palestinian Authority to resolve the ongoing conflict.
Dr Yossi Beilin worked closely with PM Yitzhak Rabin and was part of the government team who wrote and implemented the Oslo Accords. He will address the future of the Accords and the peace process and where he thinks Israelis and Palestinians are headed.
Dr. Yossi Beilin served as a minister in the Yitzhak Rabin, Shimon Peres and Ehud Barak governments. He was a member of the Labor party for 20 years before joining the Meretz-Yahad party as its chairman.
