The US Administration announced that it is going to release the economic component of its plan for Middle East peace in late June in Manama, Bahrain in an economic workshop. The Judea Samaria Chamber of Commerce received an invitation addressed to Sheikh Ashraf al Jabari. He accepted the invitation to represent the Chamber of Commerce, despite the Palestinian Authority boycott’s of the workshop. Last February, Sheikh Ashraf Al Jabari and Avi Zimmerman participated in an Israeli-Palestinian economic conference in Jerusalem, where the US Ambassador to Israel, David Friedman, was the key speaker. Mr. Zimmerman and Sheikh Jabari co-founded the Judea Samaria Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which coalesces the regional business community to promote economic development for Israeli and Palestinian populations. Sheikh Ashraf Al Jabari, is a Palestinian businessman from Hebron and co-founder of the Judea Samaria Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Avi Zimmerman, is a social entrepreneur, co-founder and chairman of the Judea Samaria Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the Executive Director of the American Friends of Ariel and the City of Ariel’s international representative.
