First “Exit Poll” of US Citizens in Israel with iVote Israel & Pollster Mitchell Barak

November 3, 2016PAST EVENT

MediaCentral is pleased to host the first “Exit Poll” of American citizens abroad, that was published anywhere in the world. The outcome of the US presidential elections is still anyone’s guess as the two contenders are very close in national polls conducted daily. Here in Israel, both presidential candidates had vigorous campaign volunteers who diligently worked to promote both their candidacies and to convince American citizens to register and vote by absentee ballot.

Eitan Charnoff, national director of iVote Israel, introduced (by Skype) the organization’s campaign to register and facilitate absentee voting for American citizens in Israel. Pollster Mitchell Barak of KEEVOON Global Research, presented the results of an “Exit Poll” of more than 1,000 US citizens in Israel through iVote Israel’s campaign of voter registration drives. The results of this comprehensive poll will include other issues as well, and will be broken down demographically and by US state including Florida, Pennsylvania and Ohio.
