President Trump’s first visit to Israel this coming Monday is arousing much anticipation among the Israeli government and its citizens. This is especially the case in light of last week when Trump allegedly leaked intelligence information to the Russians, and his aide questioned Israel’s sovereignty over Jerusalem and the Jewish connection to the Western Wall.
Since taking office, Trump has often declared that he will work to improve relations between the US and Israel and to jump-start the peace process between Israel and the Palestinians.
